Sunday Breakfast and Dinner
We open the doors for our Community Breakfast at 6:00 a.m. sharp every week. The breakfast includes scrambled eggs, hot biscuits and gravy, ham, grits, a variety of pastries, coffee and juice, and fruit whenever possible. Our volunteers also try to add something special each week. We’ve had everything from roast beef or jambalaya, to pasta salad and pecan pie. We serve about 500 meals each Sunday morning.
Our Community Dinner begins at 4 p.m. This sit-down dinner is furnished each week by a local congregation, volunteer organization, or through the generosity of a local business firm. More than 400 dinners are served each Sunday.
Kids’ Club Sundays 4:30-5:30 pm at Emanuel Community Center
Kids Club is a program for school aged children, kindergarten through 8th grade. There are games, gym activities, basketball, crafts, and lots of fun!

Emanuel Community Center is located at 1308 Race Street across from Washington Park School.
