Pastor Dave we want to thank you for willingness to work with the recovering addicts in the community by allowing us to have our 12 step meeting at your church on Friday nights. May God continue to bless you and your church members for reaching out to those who have very little hope left by giving them the opportunity to hear the stories of other recovering addicts.

Dear Rev. Weaver,

I had the great fortune of hearing your sermon Sunday, Feb. 15th at the HP Methodist Church. I was so moved. I am a social worker who left the Catholic church I was raised in because no priest would ever say %5 of what you did last Sunday. You were absolutely on point and as someone who carries much of that burden in my work, I appreciate your using your position behind the podium spread that burden and to articulate what is Christianity today, in this world, at this time. I appreciated it more than you know.

Thank you!
